Architecture Design Renovation | Los Cabos, México

Proyecto Centro consists of the restoration and renovation of one of the city’s historic buildings, endorsed by the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH).

The story of this building dates back to the 1920s, when it was the family home of La Abuela, surrounded by fruit trees and serving as a gathering place for the entire family.

The main goal of the project is to breathe new life into the building, honoring and acknowledging its history and culture while introducing contemporary architectural details that blend with the existing colonial style architecture.
